A movable tension jaw (3) is sprung-located and guided in a recess of the holding stirrup (1) via groove-type guides. It is made of plastic with an inclined surface in which a groove (17) is machined. It is in effective connection with a draw spring (4) via a tension component (5) and a casing is provided for the post. The groove (17) of the movable tension jaw (3) is aligned with that of the fixed tension jaw (2), being located in one plane. The movable tension jaw is preferably triangular and guides are provided in the side surfaces of it. Upper ribs engage over the guides and the movable tension jaw is formed with a longitudinal aperture.
