PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably feed lubricating oil to a predetermined constitutional member in the change gear mechanism of an automatic transmission, which member is supported on a support part arranged in the transmission case, while preventing an increase in width of the transmission. SOLUTION: A lubricating device for an automatic transmission involves a cast case 10, which includes a bulkhead part 12 in its change gear mechanism storage part 11 and a boss part 13 extending from the bulkhead part 12 so as to support thereon a one-way clutch. The case 10 is provided with a pipe member 143 arranged along the bulkhead part 12 with its one end 143a being inserted in an oil hole 141 branching off from a lubricating oil passage 19 defined outside the storage part 11 and the other 143b in an oil hole 142 defined inside the boss part 13. The pipe member 143 serves to lead lubricating oil to the one-way clutch. |
