<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a mounting position of a battery so as not to interfere with a frame and other portions and to easily attach the battery to various types of wheelchairs with different frames. SOLUTION: This wheelchair comprises a frame 2 supporting a seat 2; a pair of right and left axles 34 fixed to the frame 2; and a pair of right and left wheels 5 rotatably attached to the axles 34 via hubs 30. The hub 30 comprises a hub body 31 fixed to a center of the wheel 5; and a cover body 35 that is arranged to cover an opening of the hub body 31, and is integrally fixed to the axle 34, and also is connected to the hub body 31 so as to relatively rotatable with respect to the hub body 31. A battery pack 7 is attached to the cover body 35 via a battery holder 110. The battery holder 110 serves as a motor cover 107. The motor cover 107 is swivel-able about the axis of a motor 41. Therefore, the mounting position of the battery pack can be adjusted.</p> |
