PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt fixing device for a child seat capable of fastening the child seat installed backward firmly on a seat in easy constitution. SOLUTION: This device 10 is constituted of a main body case 11, a belt passage 13, a belt presser part 15 and a belt guide part 17. The belt passage 13 is formed on the one end side of an opening hole 11c of the main body case 11, and a lower end part is continuously connected to a belt insertion opening part 13a. In the meantime, the belt guide part 17 has a guide main body part 18 having an opening part 19 an upper part of which is opened and integrally formed from a flange part 11a. Addit Additionally, a guide surface 18a to engage a shoulder belt 7a is formed on the guide main body part 18, and the seat belt 7 is fixed on the child seat 1 by engaging the shoulder belt 7a with the guide surface 18a and pressurizing it with the belt presser part 15 after inserting it into the belt passage 13.
