PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a screw-up part of an adjust screw 10 and a screw hole 9c, while preventing an increase of the weight, and to improve rigidity and strength of the screw hole 9c part, while preventing the interference with other structural parts to be assembled in an engine and complication of the work for fastening a lock nut 18. SOLUTION: One metal plate is pressed to manufacture a sheet metal rocker arm 14c. An end of a connecting plate part 19c forming the sheet metal rocker arm 14c is folded to form an auxiliary plate part 20. The screw hole 9c is formed, passing through the connecting plate part 19b and the auxiliary late part 20. A side wall part 2b is provided to a side of the auxiliary plate part 20, and an edge 24 of the side wall part 2b is not projected from one surface 23 of the auxiliary plate part 20.
