PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rinse by water at a temperature equal to or higher than one suited for rising throughout a rinsing process and prevent an increase in power consumption and the size of equipment. SOLUTION: An operation controller stores rising water of a specified quantity (S2 to S4) after executing an initial hot water supply operation. On that occasion, the controller controls the temperature so that the rinsing water may maintain a set temperature (80 deg.C). When a cleaning process is initiated (S6 and S7), with the temperature of the rinsing water having reached a set temperature (S8: Y), forced heating to forcibly turn on a hot water tank heater is started, getting out of temperature control (S9). At the starting point of a rinsing process after a cleaning process ends (S12), the rinsing water is heated to a high temperature exceeding the set temperature. Even if with the progress of the rinsing process, the temperature of the rinsing water lowers, the entire rinsing process can be executed by a rising water hotter than the specified temperature (80 deg.C), and after the rinsing process ends, forced heating is turned off (S15).
