The bottom of the tank comprises holes for passing the purified effluent through the filtration medium, a base (9) rested on a support (10), and an oxygenation chamber (11). The filtration medium comprises a mineral substrate planted with reeds. The effluent supply unit comprises a tank for purifying the effluent, and is equipped with an orifice at its bottom, where the orifice is connected with a rotating joint carried through the pipe. One of the branches of pipe make a balance while the other branch is prolonged through an angularly shifted portion equipped at its end of a double bend, which forms a discharge mouth. The branches of the pipe equipped with discharge mouth are contacted with a thrust bearing.
