PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is sometimes difficult to correctly determine the attribute of a user.SOLUTION: An attribute determination device comprises: a movement history acquisition unit which acquires movement history information indicating a movement history of each of a plurality of radio terminals; a similar terminal extraction unit which extracts two or more radio terminals having the similar movement history on the basis of the movement history information; and a determination unit which determines the attribute imparted to a second radio terminal out of the two or more radio terminals on the basis of the attribute imparted to a first radio terminal out of the two or more radio terminals or determines to impart the attribute representing a relation between the first radio terminal and the second radio terminal to the first radio terminal and the second radio terminal on the basis of the movement history information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
