PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graft copolymer of a diene polymer and polylactic acid excellent in compatibility with polylactic acid for enhancing impact resistance of polylactic acid and capable of being used as an additive for a polylactic acid resin and a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided a copolymer represented by the formula (I).
