PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve improvement in usability in a heating cooker which performs heating cooking of an object to be heated by delivering hot air exhausted from a burner into a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: a heating chamber 10 for accommodating an object to be heated; a burner 13 for generating hot air; a combustion chamber 20 in which the burner 13 is disposed; and a circulation fan 14 for delivering the hot air from the combustion chamber 20 into the heating chamber 10. It is constituted so that by actuating the circulation fan 14, air outside of a body is taken into the combustion chamber 20 from an air supply port 112 and the air is guided to the surrounding of burner holes 130 of the burner 13, and also the air inside the heating chamber 10 is exhausted to the outside of the body from an exhaust port 311. It also includes temperature sensors 171, 172 for detecting the temperature of a hot air lead-out path 200 inside the combustion chamber 20. In the case where a temperature characteristic value detected by the temperature sensors 171, 172 exceeds a reference temperature characteristic value, the rotational frequency of the circulation fan 14 is made to be higher than that at the time of normal combustion, and in the case where the detection temperatures T1, T2 exceed an upper limit value Th, which is higher than a reference value Ta, the burner 13 is extinguished.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
