PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece pressure device which can securely detach a workpiece without a complex mechanism for attaching/detaching the workpiece to an arbor and can be a compact constitution, and a vibration inspection apparatus with the same.SOLUTION: A workpiece pressure device comprises: a pressure mechanism which pressures a workpiece W supported by an arbor 33 in the rotational axis direction of the arbor 33; and a workpiece removal mechanism which removes the workpiece W from the arbor 33. The pressure mechanism comprises: operation members 91, 121, 123 which transmit applied pressure to the workpiece W supported by the arbor 33; a first pressure drive part and a second pressure drive part which pressure the operation members 91, 121, 123; and a frame to which the first pressure drive part and the second pressure drive part are fixed. The second pressure drive part generates upward cancel force to decrease the supporting force for supporting the dead weight of the operation members 91, 121, 123 so as to perform a floating support of the operation members 91, 121, 123, and the workpiece removal mechanism downwardly pressures the operation members to scrape out the workpiece W supported by the arbor 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 |
