<p>The RF-screened housing, for electronic circuits, is made of metal and consists of U-shaped top and bottom parts and two end plates. The parts of the housing are joined by electrically non-conducting seals. Each end plate consists of a plastic frame (7) with a T-shaped cross-section and a metal plate (8) pressed into the frame. The end edges of the top and bottom parts (1) of the housing fit into recesses in the frame and are held to the frame by screws. The screws are metal and electrically connect the plates to the top and bottom parts.</p> |
