PURPOSE:To preclude such a risk that the maintenance processor is put in operation by mistake by deciding whether or not a flexible disk for maintenance is mounted on a flexible disk device. CONSTITUTION:The maintenance decision device 6 of an online electronic computer 1 decides whether or not the flexible disk 5 for maintenance is mounted on the flexible disk device 4. When the disk is not mounted, an online processor 2 is allowed to process service and when not the contents of the flexible disk 4 for maintenance are read out by the flexible disk device 4 to put the maintenance processor 3 in maintenance operation. Consequently, a person who does not have the flexible disk for maintenance can not operates the maintenance processor, so such a risk that the maintenance processor is operated by mistake is evaded. |
