PURPOSE:To facilitate setting the operation condition of a business instrument provided with various functions by setting the operation condition of a business instrument based on information read by means of a sheet reading means. CONSTITUTION:A menu sheet 3 which is provided with an information specifying column of which the style is defined in advance, a sheet reading means which reads information in the information specifying column of the menu sheet 3, and an operation mode setting means which sets the operation condition of a business instrument based on the information read by the sheet reading means 2 are provided. Therefore, the operation condition of the business instrument can be specified by writing visible information in the information specifying column of the menu sheet 3, for example by a pen. Thus, mode setting in response to the content of the menu sheet can be easily performed and the operability is improved. |
