PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an exterior material that can cover the outside of a building without damaging its appearance and space efficiency by a simple structure and a fixing method by which an interior material can be fixed to the exterior material reliably. SOLUTION: Multiple protrusions 15 formed integrally in an under cover 13 as an exterior material are inserted into and polymerized with multiple through holes provided in a silencer 14 as an interior material. Contacting the protrusion 15 to the depression 18 of a welder 17 makes the head of the protrusion 15 to be melt by heating along the internal shape of the depression 18 of the welder 17. And then the protrusion 15 is contacted closely to the internal of the depression 18 of the welder 17, and when the welder 17 is raised, the head of the protrusion 15 is deformed by caulking into the shape of a protrusion 19 corresponding to the shape of the depression 18. |
