Bed with adjustable back support

The bed has a back part pivotably connected to a fixed body and comprising two connected parts pivotable around an axis at right-angles to bed longitudinal direction. The two parts of the back part are a lower part (120) and a neck support (22). The neck support can be adjusted to an angled position in relation to the back lower part. A drive unit (62) is connected to the neck support and on activation of a positioning unit (60) pivots the neck support to the angled position in relation to the back lower part. The drive comprises preferably a spring arrangement (52), formed by one or more pressure springs.
