CONSTITUTION:This oligosaccharide is O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-O-beta-D- galactopyranosyl-D-glucose oligosaccharide having movel bond and obtained by reacting lactose for a long period with beta-galactosidase originated from Bacillus circulans and separating trisaccharide from the reaction product. |
