The present invention describes how in a process to hydrogenate multiple-layered unsaturated hydrocarbons from 2 to 8 carbon atoms particularly into alkyls from 2 to 8 carbon atoms and/or alkylenes from 4 to 8 carbon atoms and/or alkadienes from 4 to 8 carbon atoms, in fluids comprising these, by contact with a catalyst packaging in presence of free hydrogen, catalyst packaging can be produced by applying at least a substance which is active as a catalyst and/or promoter or activator, to non knitted or knitted fabric thin meshes or sheets as a supporting material. |
