PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite inductor which is superior in quality and characteristics where short circuit failures due to the migration of inner conductor are not generated, when the inductor is built in in a fine chip inductor array smaller than 2010 form (length 2.0 mm, width 1.0 mm and height 1.0 mm). SOLUTION: This inductor comprises a coil-type structure laminate, wherein a plurality of ferrite sheets on which U-shaped silver conductor patterns are printed, are so stacked that the U-shapes of the silver conductor patterns on adjacent sheets face each other, and the silver conductor printed patterns are electrically connected via through-holes formed in the ferrite sheets and sintered. Chlorine and sulfur contents in the ferrite sheet are adjusted in the range of 100-300 ppm and the range of 10-50 ppm, respectively. |
