<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for can-making generating no breakage of a body even if a wall thickness reducing ratio is enhanced to achieve the further reduction of wall thickness, not generating surface roughening or perforation even if the diameter contracting ratio of a neck-in part is enhanced and not damaging an org. resin coating and a seamless can using the same. SOLUTION: A laminate 4 for can-making wherein org. resin coatings 3 are applied to both surfaces of a surface treated steel panel 2 with a carbon content of 0.001-0.005 wt.% and a mean crystal particle size of 7.5μm or less is used to produce a seamless can. By this constitution, the wall thickness reducing ratio of the side wall part of a can body can be set to 45% or more by wall thickness reducing deep drawing or wall thickness reducing deep drawing- squeeze molding to make the side wall part extremely thin and, since re- processability is good, expanding molding can be performed and a bulge can be produced. Therefore, lightweight properties and corrosion resistance can be enhanced and excellent appearance is imparted and a shape rich in variety can be obtained.</p> |
