PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a whole construction site area. SOLUTION: Containing chambers 18 formed as individual chambers having a parking space 11 in an internal part with and formed by a front side wall 21 having an entrance 19 with a shutter 20, right and left side walls 22, and a ceiling wall 26, individually situated in the front side of refuse charge ports 5 having a charge door 6 for charging refuse 3 into a refuse pit 4 are individually and correspondingly formed to the respective refuse charge ports 5. A loop coil 23 for opening and closing the shutter is embedded right in front of the entrance 19. A loop coil 24 for opening and closing the charge door is embedded right in front of the refuse charge ports 5. A display lamp 25 to display whether refuse collecting vehicle 2 can be contained is situated on the surface of a front wall 1a above the entrance 19. When refuse is conveyed by the refuse collecting vehicle 2, the refuse collecting vehicle 2 is moved back to approach the containing chamber 18. When the shutter 20 is opened, the vehicle runs to an internal part and the shutter 20 is closed. When the charge door 6 is opened refuse is discharged in the refuse pit 4 through the refuse charge ports 5.
