PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition containing a pyrrole derivative and useful for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method for the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, acute stress disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, social anxiety disorder, somatization disorder, topophobia, premenstrual discomfort, anxiety to therapeutic situation, maladjustment accompanying depression, dysthymia, specific morbid fear and fibromyalgia by using a compound of formula (I), its pharmacologically permissible salt, optical isomer or prodrug, and a kit for the treatment. The invention further provides a composition containing the compound of formula (I), its pharmacologically permissible salt, optical isomer or prodrug and an additional compound useful for the treatment of the aforementioned symptoms.
