<p>FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to field of fodder production, in particular, to a method for production of extruded feedstuff of vegetal raw material and may be used at feedstuff enterprises and livestock farms. The feedstuff production method involves grains treatment (by extrusion) using vegetal additives represented by straw, bulrush, hay milled into 15 mm particles. Extrusion is performed at a ratio of 20-80% of vegetal additives to the total weight of dry grain substance and the vegetal additives at extrusion temperature 120 - 170 degrees Celsius and at a pressure of 3-6 MPa. ^ EFFECT: invention implementation allows to enhance nutritional value, digestibility, fodder value of the extrudate and reduce its prime cost. ^ 3 cl, 1 tbl</p> |
