PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko-game stand island device capable of reducing the installation area of the leading end portion of a coin passage and positioning the game ball introduction passage of a game ball counter and the coin passage in such a way as to avoid their interference, by using a rational arrangement for securing the leading end portion in place. SOLUTION: The pachinko-game stand island device 500 causes coins 20 inserted through a coin slot in an inter-stand ball dispenser 40 to be conveyed by a coin passage 200 and stored into a coin storage portion 30Y. The inter-stand ball dispenser 40 is positioned at the leading end of the coin passage 200 and a game ball counter 60 is attached to the outside of an outer box 50. The leading end portion 201 of the coin passage 200 is secured to a predetermined portion of the ball dispenser 40, e.g. to the outer frame portion of the ball dispenser 40. At the leading end portion 201, the coin passage 200 and the game ball introduction passage 63 of the game ball counter 60 can be positioned to prevent interference. The length Lx of the installation area 55 can be reduced, and when the game ball counter 60 is not installed, the length Lx can be made close to zero. The overall length Lv of a pachinko-game stand island installation can be reduced, and even if there is only a small space available for the installation inside a pachinko parlor, the number of pachinko-game stands 100 need not be reduced, thus operational efficiency can be enhanced.
