PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muddy soil granulating apparatus suitable for granulating a large quantity of muddy soil. SOLUTION: A multiaxial agitator 70 is constituted by arranging in parallel a plurality of agitators 71 each of which is obtained by sticking many independent agitation blades 71b aslant to a rotary shaft 71a so that muddy soil can be agitated and mixed with a flocculating material while the flocculating material and the muddy soil are involved by the blades 71b and crushed by the shearing force of the blades 71b. A muddy soil supplying port 70b and a muddy soil discharging port 70c are arranged on the rear end side and the front end side of the agitator 70, respectively. A water absorbing material supplying means 51, the first flocculating material supplying means 54, the second flocculating material supplying means 57 and a solidifying material supplying means 60 are arranged successively from the front of the port 70b toward the back of the port 70c for supplying a water absorbing material, the main flocculating material, an auxiliary flocculating material and a solidifying material into the agitator 70, respectively so that the supplied muddy soil can be granulated by the agitator 70 and the granulated muddy soil can be discharged to the port 70c.
