A device for water purification, preferably from biological pollution contains connected to high voltage source electrode system, equipped with screen on the outer surface fixed on outer surface of outer electrode. At some distance from electrode system there is disposed additional electrode connected to high voltage source and equipped with screen. At that, electrode systems are connected serially and installed in the cylindrical body. The high voltage source is equipped with control unit.
