An adhesive composition is provided to increase efficiency which absorbs or emits heat for a long term, and to prevent the degradation of adhesive force by suppressing the leakage of phase change materials within a capsule to the outside of capsule. An adhesive composition comprises polymeric capsules containing phase change materials; and acrylic polymerization resin having solid content of 99% or more. The acrylic polymerization resin is partially polymerized resin with the content of a prepolymer of 50 % or less. The phase change material is one or more selected from the group consisting of hydrate type inorganic materials, paraffin-based hydrocarbon and organic acid.
