FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: claimed method is carried out by two stage thermal treatment of bimallic alkoxo complex composed of ReOMoO(OCH3)7.. First stage of thermal treatment: decomposition of complex in air at 250-300 C for 1 or 2 hours. Second stage: reduction of resulting amorphous phase in hydrogen atmosphere at 800-900 C for 2-3 hours. Resulting alloy powder is identified by roentgen phase analysis and electronic microscopy. EFFECT: more efficient preparation method.
