FIELD: veterinary science.SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions relates to veterinary science and aims at treating endometritis in cows. Disclosed is a complex preparation consisting of oxytetracycline hydrochloride, streptocide, furacilin, silicon dimethyl glycerolates, silicon glycerolates, xanthane gum as a stabiliser and distilled water as solvent, preparation consists components ratio, wt%: oxytetracycline hydrochloride (95 %) - 4.77-5.83; streptocide - 0.416-0.508; furacilin - 0.166-0.204; silicon dimethyl glycerolates (CH)Si(CHO)·CHO- 2.25-2.75; silicon glycerorates Si(CHO)·6CHO- 2.25-2.75; xanthane gum - 0.225-0.275; distilled water - balance. Also disclosed is a method of using disclosed preparation. Preparation is introduced into uterine cavity in a dose of 30.0-60.0 ml 3-5 times every 48 hours.
