Method includes sending, by a central processing unit, data description information to a rapid forwarding module, where data description information includes an address and length information of data requested by a user. Reading, by rapid forwarding module according to data description information, data requested by user and forwarding data requested by user to a network interface controller. Sending, by network interface controller, data requested by user to user. Central processing unit, storage and network interface controller are interconnected by PCI-switch and rapid forwarding module is a functional module, which is embedded into PCI-switch and provides direct sending and receiving functions.EFFECT: technical result is reduction of loading of central processing unit and storage during data transmission between storage and network interface controller.16 cl, 12 dwg |
