The present invention relates to a maintenance device for an outer brick wall and a maintenance method for an outer brick wall using the same. A hole is formed in a horizontal reinforcing member installed in the width direction of an outer brick wall, and a cap and a fixing member are installed in a bearing wall while inserted into the hole. So, deflection and a lateral force applied to the outer brick wall are supported. Also, the maintenance device for an outer brick wall supports a compressive force and a pullout force, thereby improving maintenance efficiency. To achieve the purpose, the maintenance device for an outer brick wall is located at fixed intervals on the bearing wall and is formed as the multiple brick walls are laid. According to the present invention, the maintenance device for an outer brick wall comprises: a fixing cap formed in order for the inside to be hollow, wherein one end is fixed to the bearing wall and the other end is placed between bricks vertically located in the outer brick wall; the horizontal reinforcing member installed in the width direction of the outer brick wall between the bricks vertically located and installed to be attached to the other end of the fixing cap, wherein multiple holes are formed at fixed intervals; and a fixing member inserted through the hole of the horizontal reinforcing member and inserted into the hollow of the fixing cap to expand the fixing cap so that the fixing cap is fixed to the bearing wall, wherein a head unit of the fixing member is hung on the horizontal reinforcing member. |
