PURPOSE:To obtain an alarm detecting the completion of machine operation to alarm the same, by providing a current detection means, a current drop detection means and an alarm means. CONSTITUTION:A current detection means 4 detects the current flowing to load 7 in the current supply line from an AC power source 1. A current drop detection means 5 inputs the output of the means 4 and detects the lowering in the output current thereof to output a signal. Usually, the output of the means 4 is divided by resistors 21, 22 and higher than the voltage stored in a condensor 23 and, therefore, a comparator 24 outputs low voltage. When the hot water of the load 7, for example, a jar pot is boiled to automatically change over said pot to a heat insulating state and the tmep. thereof is held under low powder consumption and the output of the means 4 becomes lower than the stored voltage, an input state is reversed and the comparator 24 outputs high voltage. By this mechanism, an alarm means 6 issues an alarm to the outside and it can be known that hot water is boiled.
