FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dressing of minerals and may be used in processing crude ore or non-metallic. Flotation machine comprises chamber 1, aeration unit 2, branch pipe 3, stator 4 with axial-flow impeller fitted on shaft inside said stator. Said shaft is arranged inside bearing tube. Barrel with suction tube is arranged at bottom section of the latter. Aeration unit impeller vanes are furnished with disc with central suction hole, its diameter making 0.5 of impeller OD. Hollow shaft is communicated with hollow shaft of bearing assembly to feed compressed air. Note here that disc top surface on suction hole side has 15-20 mm-high collar while gap between barrel ID and collar OD makes 3 to 5 mm.EFFECT: higher efficiency of flotation, electric power savings.2 dwg |
