摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a controller superior in operability by detecting detachment of a battery to set back an IC part to the preceding storage mode when the battery is detached to be replaced and resetting the storage mode to set the IC part to the operation mode when termination of replacement is detected. CONSTITUTION:When a power source battery 1 is detached, this detachment is detected by a battery detecting circuit 3 and the first generated output signal is inputted to a terminal (b) of an IC part 6 to set the IC part 8 to the storage mode where the state till then is stored. Though this first signal is applied to a battery signal generating circuit 5, the circuit 5 is not operated, and consequently, an operation signal generating circuit 6 is not operated. Even if a reset switch 10 is turned on at this time, the IC part 8 is in the storage mode as it is because circuits 6 and 6 are in the unoperated state. When the battery is attached thereafter, the output of the circuit 3 disappears, and the circuit 5 is operated to output the second signal, and the circuit 6 is operated, and the output from the circuit 6 is supplied to terminal (c) of the IC part 8 to set back the IC part the operation state.</p>
