<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the edit operation by setting the mode for vari-speed reproduction when a tentative stop is caused in the reproduction state in the input device for a VTR in which the arrangement of entry keys is changed in response to plural modes. CONSTITUTION:When the reproduction state is set in the 'MONITOR' mode and the tentative stop state is set, the 'SHUTTLE' mode 103 is set. In the 'SHUTTLE' mode 103, letters of SHUTTLE are in scroll display on a character display section 120 and the characters are displayed. Moreover, in the 'SHUTTLE' mode 103, forward vari-speed reproduction keys 134,135,136 and reverse vari-speed reproduction keys 137,138,139 and a still picture reproduction key 140 are displayed. Furthermore, a COUNTER key 141 is displayed. In the case of the 'SHUTTLE' mode 103, the vari-speed reproduction of X1/10 speed, X1/5 speed, X1 speed, X2 speed and the changeover of reproduction direction are attained.</p> |
