摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effects of radiation of an electromagnetic wave, emitted from a ground conductor of a microstrip transmission line and of ground noise generated in the ground conductor. SOLUTION: A slit is made to a ground conductor which is provided to a rear side of a microstrip transmission line board, the area of the ground conductor is decreased to reduce radiation of an electromagnetic wave, and the ground conductor is divided corresponding to a plurality of high-speed digital circuits 41, 42, 43 which are components of the microstrip transmission line for obtaining a plurality of ground conductors 30-1, 30-2. Both the ground conductors 30-1, 30-2 are connected by an inductive element (or a low-pass filter) 50, so that propagation of a ground noise generated in the switching operation of the higher speed digital circuit 43 to the other high-speed digital circuits 41, 42 is reduced.
