<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multi-functional image forming apparatus or the like enhanced in safety capable of acquiring quickly software such as a desired driver, and capable of ordering the software only by a person having a fair authority. <P>SOLUTION: In this multi-functional image forming apparatus, a voice input of a driver name by the ordering operator is received to be subjected to voice recognition process as to an input voice data of the driver name, and the driver name recognized by the voice recognition processing is recorded. The ordering operator is checked about the propriety as an authority owner about the order of the driver, and an order data including the recognized driver name is transmitted to a software management server 2 via a network 10, when the ordering operator is determined as the authority owner.
