PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable washing device by enabling fluctuation washing having a rhythmic feeling in the washing device having a variable function of a spouting flow rate. SOLUTION: A musical sound element such as loudness and a rhythm element of a musical sound signal is extracted by a musical sound element extracting means 33 from a signal from a musical sound signal generating means 31 of music and the murmur of a stream from the musical sound signal generating means 31 by selectively indication a musical sound fluctuation washing mode by an indicating input means 29, and a changing electric power signal according to the extracted musical sound element signal is outputted to a flow rate variable means 11 from a controller 30. A flow rate spouting out of a washing nozzle 10 enables fluctuation washing having a rhythmic feeling, and enables comfortable washing more than usual.
