<p>A disposable, non-refillable container (10) for holding, dispensing and disposing of articles (12) is disclosed. The container (10) has an interior space (29) that includes dispensing space (22), from which articles (12) may be dispensed, and a waste receptacle space (24), into which articles (19) may be disposed. The container(10) is non-permanently affixed to a surface with a mount. A method for using such a container is also disclosed.</p> |
