CAPACITOR AND MULTI-LAYERED BOARD EMBEDDING THE CAPACITOR

A capacitor and a multi-layered board structure including the same are provided to minimize a rapid loss caused by reduction of a thickness of a dielectric layer by forming a floating electrode. A first electrode(12a) and a second electrode(12b) are connected to first polarity and second polarity, respectively. A dielectric layer(14a,14b) is formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. One or more floating electrode(15) includes a predetermined region on which the first and second electrodes are overlapped. The floating electrode is positioned in the inside of the dielectric layer. The floating electrode is arranged at the same distance from the first and second electrodes. The floating electrode is arranged in parallel to the first and second electrodes.
