An EGR valve apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve cooling performance by increase the flow rate of cooling water in a radiator as the cooling water does not flow to an EGR cooler in high speed and high load state in which an EGR is not operated. An EGR valve apparatus(100) for a vehicle comprises a exhaust gas passage(130) equipped with an exhaust gas control valve(120) and installed inside a housing(110). A gas outlet(131) of the exhaust gas passage is connected to an EGR cooler(200). The EGR valve apparatus supplies cooling water through the housing to the EGR cooler. When the exhaust gas control valve is closed and the exhaust gas is not supplied to the EGR cooler, the valve apparatus blocks the cooling water supplied to the EGR cooler and heats a gas-tube(210) of the EGR cooler.
