The invention provides a manufacturing method of a cutting blade and a cutting blade manufactured by the same, wherein the edge part of the cutting blade has long service life and low replacing frequency; and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. The cutting blade is provided with a blade front end part protruding outwards from a fixed part; the blade front end part has a front end edge part protruding towards a rotation direction; the cutting blade with the blade front end part has a side edge part along a side shape end of the cutting blade; and the manufacturing method comprises a process of performing the prescribed chamfering of the thickness direction of the front end edge part and the shape end of the side edge part, a process of performing build-up welding with the hardening build-up welding material in the thickness direction of the cutting blade of the front end edge part, a process of realizing build-up welding with the hardening build-up welding material for the side edge part along the side shape of the cutting blade towards the front end edge part of the blade front end part, and a process of performing finish machining of the build-up welding part with a mechanical processing method to form two edge parts. |
