PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetics that have a little feel of obstruction at the beginning of an application, have excellent spreading properties during an application, suppress the streaks immediately after an application and have excellent covering ability.SOLUTION: The invention provides a water-in-oil type emulsion cosmetic containing the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) 0.1-20 mass% of a spherical organic resin powder with a particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more to 1.0. μm or less, whose surface is treated with perfluoroalkyl silane; (B) 0.01-20 mass% of cross-linked organopolysiloxane; and (C) monoester oil that is liquid at 25°C; wherein the mass ratio (A)/(B) of the component (A) to the component (B) is 0.05-80.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
