<p>PURPOSE:To produce a liner easily and with high accuracy by a method wherein a rubber-like elastic material is placed between an inner metallic ring and an outer metallic ring which are engaged with each other, and a low-friction synthetic resin made liner is adhered to the inside peripheral surface of the inner metallic ring. CONSTITUTION:A portion of a rubber-like elastic material piece 6 is poured under pressure through the first material pouring hole 22 into a space between the outer metallic ring 1 and the inner metallic ring 3 to form a shock-absorbing material 2, and another portion of the elastic material piece 6 is fed through the second material pouring hole 14 into an inner cavity 13 provided between a synthetic resin piece 7 and a guide shaft 11 for material piece. Then, the resin piece 7 softened by heating is expanded outwards and is adhered to the inside peripheral surface of the inner metallic ring 3 so as to form the liner 4, thereby completing the molding of the bushing. Then, molds 10, 17, 20 and pouring means are disassembled, the molded article is taken out and is subjected to predetermined working, thereby obtaining the product.</p> |
