PURPOSE:To provide the titled airconditioner with abnormality warning transmitting capacity while eliminating any exclusive device for the purpose by a method wherein any abnormality warning is transmitted to be displayed in an operating status indicator independent of the operation control signal transmission in the titled airconditioner connecting each unit containing microcomputer respectively by means of exclusive signal lines. CONSTITUTION:Each unit 1, 2, 3 performs transmitting and receiving control signals and airconditioning data with one another through the intermediary of the signal lines 4 in normal operation. When a check switch 7 is closed, the control circuit initiate check mode while the remote control unit 1 takes initiative of the operation. Thus the remote control unit 1 transmits the address and dummy data of check mode different from those in the normal operation to indoor unit 2 and outdoor unit 3. Said units 2, 3 receiving the signals transmit the check data to the remote control unit 1 to display the data in a normal operating status indicator. Through these procedures, any abnormality may be displayed while eliminating any exclusive abnormal operating status indicator. |
