PURPOSE:To improve the refinement of the outer frame and the sound effect, by forming inclined cut surfaces having an internal angle determined with a folding angle and an inclined angle of a shaft line of a disc cutter in a V-groove continuously and easily so as to contact the end surface of an inclined ceiling and the upper end surface of both inclined side walls to bond them uniformly. CONSTITUTION:The outer frame 1 of a TV receiver is constituted with a series of wooden outer boards 5 formed back and forth forth in a gate form, both side walls 7a, 7b stood with bonding to an wooden lining 6 on the entire inner side and an outer frame base section 2 comprising an inclined ceiling 9. V-grooves 13 are formed toward the broadwise direction of this outer frame base X in parallel with the side end surface in a prescribed interval W1. Further, the base X and a couple of disc cutters are moved relatively and linearly to form the internal angle beta shared with angles beta1 and beta2 to a prolonged line C3 at the back of a rear inclined section determined with folding and to form a continuous inclined cut surface 14 on the inclined surface 13a of the groove 13. Moreover, the end surface of the ceiling 9 and the upper end surface of both the side walls 7a, 7b are contacted uniformly to eliminate any gap, allowing to improve the refinement and the sound effect of the outer frame 1. |
