PURPOSE:To surely prevent a vehicle from its unstable action, by locking a driving system clutch means while suppressing a slip rate in case of all the four wheels slipping, when a slip of driving wheels is continually suppressed by four-wheel driving. CONSTITUTION:Halfway the driving system of an engine distributively transmitting engine driving power to front and rear wheels, a clutch means 1, which enables distribution ratio of the driving power to be changed, is provided. While each detecting means 2, 3, which respectively detects each slip rate of the front and rear wheels, is provided. Further a clutch control means 4, which continually supervises the slip rate in a driving side of the front and rear wheels controlling the clutch means 1 so that this slip rate agrees with the target slip rate obtaining high road surface transmission driving power, is provided. And a driving system control means 5, which outputs an instruction of locking the clutch means 1 while an instruction of low decreasing an engine output to suppress the slip rate to the above described control means 4 when all the four wheels are placed in a slip condition, is provided.
