PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manage and operate a system and to provide service in accordance with the system constitution of a client by analyzing the hardware constitution and software constitution of the client, deciding dynamic image data to be distributed to the client and distributing them to the client. SOLUTION: A constitution information obtaining means 12 which receives hardware(H/W) and software(S/W) constitution information transfers the constitution information to a constitution information analysis means 14 and the constitution information analysis means 14 analyzes the H/W and S/W constitution of the client 2 and recognizes a dynamic image reproducing device 22 packaged to the client 2. The constitution information analysis means 14 transfers the analyzed result to a dynamic service decision means 15 and the dynamic service decision means 15 decides the dynamic image data suitable for the dynamic image reproducing device 22 from the analyzed result. Then, a dynamic image distribution means 16 distributes the dynamic image data to the client 2 and the client 2 reproduces the dynamic image data by using a dynamic image reproducing means 22. |
