<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a cell destruction caused by static electricity along a dividing line concerning a liquid crystal display(LCD) device bisecting a scanning area and driving them. SOLUTION: A short ring 9a and short-circuitting wiring 15 for electrically connecting the short ring 9a are formed in the area, where at least one block of the short-circuitting wiring is surrounded with a line dividing the short ring and a dividing line 11b of an LCD cell, inside the dividing line 11b of the LCD cell. Thereby, since a potential difference with the dividing line of scanning areas as a border does not occur even in a state of cutting the LCD cell out of mother glass 2a and 2b, the discharge destruction of a switching element can be prevented.</p> |
