PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparator circuit capable of reducing a layout area more. SOLUTION: The comparator circuit is provided with plural one-bit comparators 10 which decide the coincidence/noncoincidence of two one-bit signals, output the results and are mutually subjected to wired OR connection. Each one-bit comparator is provided with an N channel transistor Tr1 where a one-bit signal B10 being one between the two one-bit signals is inputted to the gate and the source is connected to ground, a P channel transistor Tr2 where the other one-bit signal A10 is inputted to the gate, the source is connected to the drain of the transistor Tr1 and the drain is connected to an output terminal, an N channel transistor Tr3 where the signal A10 is inputted to the gate and the source is connected to the ground and a P channel transistor Tr4 where the signal B10 is inputted to the gate, the source is connected to the drain of the transistor Tr3 and the drain is connected to the output terminal. |
